Founders Lauren and Kate bring a wealth of experience in the NDIS sector. Lauren, a registered Social Worker, contributes a diverse skill set, ranging from direct therapeutic support to navigating complex systems. Kate holds a background in Psychology and has more than a decade of expertise in the NDIS field. Together, we are dedicated to delivering quality services and person-centered support.

Lauren Matheson

Director, Social Worker

Lauren is a Registered Social Worker with the AASW. Lauren has an incredible passion for Social Work and the diverse range of supports they can provide. Lauren has experience working within Government and Private Sectors, as well as working as a Support Coordinator, Specialist Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach. Lauren values building connections, identifying barriers and providing individualised support.

Kate Turnbull

Operations Manager

Kate has a background in Psychology and almost ten years experience as a Support Coordinator. She knows her way around an NDIS Plan.

Kate previously directed and managed a highly regarded NDIS-registered business and now provides training and coaching to other organisations, to support them in compliance and assisting them to grow ethically. Kate holds a strong passion for collaborative person-centred work, supporting participants to flourish and workers to thrive.
